Informations IMPORTANTES \u00e0 lire avant inscription<\/span><\/p>

1. Comment s\u2019inscrire<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

A. Toute inscription est faite avec l\u2019International All-American Basketball Camp Acad\u00e9mie. Tous les participants sont responsables de leur frais d\u2019annulation d\u00e9finitive une fois la confirmation de l\u2019inscription faite.<\/p>

B. Aucun contrat n\u2019existe avant que lAABBCA (International All-American Basketball\nCamp Acad\u00e9mie) n\u2019ait re\u00e7u une inscription sign\u00e9e ainsi qu\u2019une \u00e9vidence compl\u00e8te de\npaiement pour inscription.<\/p>

C. La personne signant le formulaire se porte garant de son l\u2019autorit\u00e9 l\u00e9gale exerc\u00e9e sur le participant ainsi que l\u2019age du participant (si en dessous de 18 ans).<\/p>

2. Paiements et remboursements<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Les paiements doivent \u00eatre faits durant l\u2019inscription.\nVoir le point 1 pour frais d\u2019annulation.<\/p>

3. Comportement \u00e0 adopter lors du camp<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Children, while under the full supervision of the IAABBCA, are expected to comply with all rules and regulations. IAABBCA reserves the right, during their stay at the camp, to send any child home or to his\/her parents, if in the opinion of IAABBCA, the child is incompatible with the general well-being of the camp through his\/her negligence of said rules and regulations.<\/p>

4. Accidents et assurances maladies<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Chaque participant est pris en charge par sa propre assurance. IAABBCA ne prend\nalors pas automatiquement en charge les accidents et les maladies. Un certificat\nm\u00e9dical ainsi qu\u2019un certificat d\u2019assurance devront \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s avant l\u2019arriv\u00e9e au\ncamp.<\/p>

5.\u00a0<\/span>5. Annulations et modifications de programmes<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Nous nous r\u00e9servons le droit d\u2019annuler ou de modifier n\u2019importe quel programme list\u00e9 dans notre brochure s\u2019il venait \u00e0 y avoir un nombre insuffisant de participants ou quelque raison que ce soit concernant nos r\u00e9gulations. Il n\u2019existe pas de remboursement quel qu\u2019il soit sur annulation d\u2019un participant.<\/p>

Je certifie que mon enfant est en bonne sant\u00e9, peut participer \u00e0 toutes les activit\u00e9s ludiques et sportives propos\u00e9es au camp et est assur\u00e9 en cas d\u2019accidents<\/p>

Je d\u00e9clare accepter les dispositions du camp organis\u00e9 par l\u2019IAABBCA qui aura lieu pour le<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Je d\u00e9charge l\u2019IAABBCA ainsi que tous ses membres de son staff de toute responsabilit\u00e9 en cas d\u2019accident et perte d\u2019objet.<\/p>

J\u2019autorise l\u2019IAABBCA \u00e0 traiter les donn\u00e9es contenues dans ce formulaire ainsi que les photos prises lors du camp.<\/p>

L\u2019annulation ainsi que l\u2019absence partielle ou totale ne donne droit \u00e0 aucun\nremboursement.<\/p>

Une \u00e9valuation au cas par cas sera effectu\u00e9e sur pr\u00e9sentation d\u2019un certificat m\u00e9dical.<\/p>

6. R\u00e8glement concernant le paiement<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Veuillez s\u2019il-vous-pla\u00eet, inclure avec votre inscription, le paiement total pour le camp s\u2019\u00e9levant \u00e0 un total de 500.- pour les participant.<\/p>
